Sorry it has been nearly a year now.
I've been really bad and have been eating like shit. Most recently I have eaten nachos, tried to purge, but it didn't work too well.
Mission tomorrow:
1. Fast
2. Workout - Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD, treadmill, calisthenics
3. Buy diet and laxative pills
4. Plan the next weeks meals and fasting days
