Money Points Update

Hey all,

So I'm at 18 dollars. After today I hope to be at 21 dollars.

Haven't weighed in over a month so Friday I'm gonna weigh in. Fasting tomorrow.

I just bought the book 1 Pound A Day which is a detox juicing diet that lasts 21 days. It should arrive in the mail next week. You're suppose to lose 21 pounds in 21 days and it will get you back to eating "normally." I want to do this one every 2 months or so with healthy, low calorie, eating in between.

Also, I'm planning on going vegan. More reasons to not eat what others make and a better way to monitor calories, in my opinion that is.

Update

Hey babes,

So today was a major fuck up. Are so much, I don't even know the calories, and ate a ton of junk. This will result in a ton of exercise today. Going to the gym and doing the Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD.

Money Points

So far I'm at $8.50.

By next Friday I want to be at least at $25 dollars, mainly from exercise and fasting or super low cal eating.

Money Plan

Hey loves,

So I am starting a money plan. It is where when I do something right, I receive a certain amount of money. If I do something wrong, I either won't get money or I could lose money - it all depends on the severity of my mess up. This starts tomorrow.
Below is the plan:


$0.50 - under 500 calories eaten or juice fasting
30 minutes of exercise or 300 calories burned
Net less than 100 calories
8 cups of water
3 cups of green tea
No junk food
200 crunches

$1.00 - fasting
1+ hours of exercise or 600 calories burned
Negative net calories
12 cups of water
5 cups of green tea
500 crunches
