So I am starting a money plan. It is where when I do something right, I receive a certain amount of money. If I do something wrong, I either won't get money or I could lose money - it all depends on the severity of my mess up. This starts tomorrow.
Below is the plan:
$0.50 - under 500 calories eaten or juice fasting
30 minutes of exercise or 300 calories burned
Net less than 100 calories
8 cups of water
3 cups of green tea
No junk food
200 crunches
$1.00 - fasting
1+ hours of exercise or 600 calories burned
Negative net calories
12 cups of water
5 cups of green tea
500 crunches
