Detox Update

Hey loves.

So due to just one part of the detox costing $200, I will be postponing my detox until May 15th.
I still need to look up how much the other supplements will be and if I will even get them.
It's kinda weird, but after the weightloss the next thing I'm excited for is the coffee enema. I've heard mix reviews about them, but I'm doing my research first for the health risks and benefits.

Update on weight: still the same. Still a fat fuck who doesn't have anything going for her other than a new full time job that starts in May.

Rules

This is just a list of rules I'm going to follow:

1. No eating after 7pm
2. At least 8 cups of water a day
3. At least 3 cups of green tea per day
4. Workout at least 30 minutes a day when working, 60 minutes a day when not.
5. No cookies, chocolate, full fat anything, and junk whatsoever
6. 500 crunches per day.

Gymnast Diet

Hello babes,

So I weigh exactly the same as I have been, aka fat.

So I'm doing the Russian Gymnast diet starting tomorrow, but instead of having breakfast I am going to fast until my apple lunch and then fast til dinner carrots.

I am also continuing with my money plan. I want to get to $60 by the end of the month.
