Rules

This is just a list of rules I'm going to follow:

1. No eating after 7pm
2. At least 8 cups of water a day
3. At least 3 cups of green tea per day
4. Workout at least 30 minutes a day when working, 60 minutes a day when not.
5. No cookies, chocolate, full fat anything, and junk whatsoever
6. 500 crunches per day.
